Specialist Noodle Shops in Hong Kong
Kau Kee and Mak Ngan Kee are two of Hong Kong's most famous specialist noodle shops. Their menu is not extensive as many other eateries in Hong Kong. And you won't find them on the Michelin Guide. But what they do, they do amazingly well.

Lee and Me, Treetop Walk and Waterfall
I love impromptu day trips. We head out the door on Easter Friday with a rough idea of heading towards Wollongong. And by the end of the day, we have stepped foot on many places that we have never explored before.
